About us

Micro Loan Fund "Nov-Credit"- non-commercial organization was organized by ASDP "Nau" within the bounds of project on creation and development of the Funds of the Rural Development - a component of a German Agro Action project № 1031-03 on October,10,2005, based on the Law of republic of Tajikistan "About Microfinance Organization" and in accordance with the Civil Code of Republic of Tajikistan, position of Natinal Bank of RT and other legal and normative documents of RT, specifying activity of juridical person - resident on territory Republic of Tajikistan.

After reception the Certificate from the National Bank of Tajikistan (upon the decision of Management of the NBT under the number 78 from March, 6, 2006) since March, 13, 2006 had started its activity.

The Purpose of the creation MLF "Nov-Credit" is a realization of the micro financing program, giving population access to financial resource through micro loan for realization business or other legal activity, brings incomes.

Mission of the fund is activity on assistance to social and economic development, structural change of position poor and the poorest, through granting of fair access to micro financial services.
